You know what I love most about President’s Day? It’s not about the blood orgies held at local city halls around the country, or about the mandatory slaying of every household’s firstborn child. It’s about people, staying home from work, on a day with relatively little significance in the grand scheme of things. Except for me, of course. I still have to put in a handful of hours at my telecommuting gig. That’s not fun. I can already sense a soon-to-be chronic pain forming in the back of my neck. It’s been lingering for almost four days now, intensifying with each successive hour spent hovering over a computer monitor. As soon as I’m done working I will disconnect and disappear for the night.
Relaxation is a must. Perhaps with a guitar, or a video game, or a book. I have three books I’m in the middle of, so whenever the desire to read arises, I end up nixing the idea because I can’t decide on a book with which to proceed.
So…anybody read any good books lately?

Ok, I’ve lost the plot.
See you tomorrow.
