SUNDAY MIX TAPE – VOLUME 38

Hi. STNNNG last night were excellent. Not only were they nice gentlemen, but I bumped into someone else I knew, so all-in-all it was a rowdy good time. I picked up a copy of their new album Fake Fake, which I highly recommend. They were loud, and active. Like a good rock band should be! Photos (one | two | three).

Hey, it’s Sunday again. Time to recant the “Mix Tape” routine. For you nubes out there, here are the rules: I’ve got 100MB of webspace and every week I manifest a new compilation for yer iPod’s and your kingklangs or whatever you kids use to listen to music these days. Sometimes there will be themes that link all the songs together. This week’s theme is slow & labored, just like your breathing after you crush and sniff those lovely pain pills of yours! Oh yeah, and there’s a Specials song thrown in their just to take up space. Jah? Ska! These songs will be removed if desired by the band or those who represent them. Let me know and I will gladly comply. The goal of this endeavor, as always, is to pique your interest in these artists so you’ll buy their albums.
