I don’t have much to say today. Yesterday fate conspired to keep me house-ridden as I was feeling ague. It was a fairly miserable, rainy day. I just thank Comcast for the free MLB Extra Innings package that’s been available this week. I can’t get enough baseball. Even though the Mets got rained out yesterday I was able to watch the Yankees lose, Curt Schilling and the Red Sox win and the Brewers remain undefeated.
Last night I spoke to Vern Rumsey from Unwound about contributing an interview for the book, and he was very forthcoming and we set a phone interview for next week. He’s super nice, that Vern!
Today I woke up late and missed the first inning of the Mets game, but caught the rest. I would’ve gone out and enjoyed the beautiful day but I lost my shoes. Alas, eventually I gave up and plodded around shoeless for a while. Now I’m going to go get some dinner and hang out.
