Night two was, in my opinion, the better of the two performances for both Deafheaven and Boris. The setlist for Deafheaven was similar (I think only the last song of the set changed from night one, but I could be mistaken), and Boris played a completely different set due to the inclusion of the entire Flood album. In lieu of recapping what I already said on Night One, I’ll skip ahead to some pictures. I’d say that, for $30, seeing both the “all time hits” and Flood performances — in addition to a great opening act in Deafheaven — these residency shows were money very well spent. From here, Deafheaven is going to start their own full US tour (of course, there’s no fucking LA date, which sucks) and Boris is heading back to Japan and then Australia for some shows.
