Hi friends. I hope each of your individual weekends were eventful. Mine sure was. Wait, what did I do on — oh, right. I celebrated my five-year LA anniversary on Friday night (sure it was a night early, but who cares?) at El Chavo. It was a pretty good time until it wasn’t, at which point I decided to take myself home and try to get some rest. The abundance of margaritas both helped and hindered the experience, as the bad time was exacerbated by my drunkenness, but at least I slept through the night without incident. Last night I celebrated St. Patrick’s Day with a new friend. Why not? Everyone else in LA was at a Mexican bar so I took her to an Irish pub. It seemed clever at the time. It was a good time, I made it home late but wasn’t too hungover to function at work today. Another “Adventure In Dating” waiting to happen? Only time — and my inexplicable ability to destroy the lives of nice young women — will tell.
I’m hoping for some exciting news in the near future, so keep an extra eye on Facebook/Twitter/Here just in case I surprise myself and get my shit together quicker than I expect. Let’s make May a month to remember.
