Well, my weekend was interesting, but it pretty much all went downhill Saturday afternoon when I snorted that first spoonful of applesauce to gross out my sister. But, enough about me–how are you? Are you as excited as I am for tonight’s season 2 premier of Venture Bros.? If you’re not, you should be–and if you are, good.
This is Sunday Mix Tape number 20. If you don’t remember the rules, they’re very simple: I’ve got 100MB of webspace and every week I’ll make a new mix for yer iPod’s and your kingklangs or whatever you kids use to listen to music these days. Sometimes there will be themes that link all the songs together. This week doesn’t really have a theme, but it’s sort of like last week in it’s loud/soft movement from song to song. It gets pretty hard with Oxbow and Bastro, and super soft with Shearwater and Smog. And also, random jazz! These songs will be removed if desired by the band or those who represent them. Let me know and I will gladly comply. The goal of this endeavor, as always, is to pique your interest in these artists so you’ll buy their albums.
