Hi all. This should be the last week I’m harried by the prospect of finishing a mix tape early in the evening due to Sunday-night obligations. Also, it might be one of the last mix tapes I ever post, because these things take too long to compile and quite frankly I feel like I’m wasting too much time as it is keeping up with this site. I could be devoting these seven hours or more a week to better projects. Ones that might yield some kind of reward.
This has been your bi-annual what-does-it-all-mean? / should-I-just-give-up? rant.
RULES for uninitiated noobs: I give birth to a weekly Mix Tape to be deposited on your iPods or Zunes or Kingklangs or whatever the industry is currently pushing on you. Sometimes there will be themes that link all the songs together, other times I’ll just throw songs at a wall (not literally) and see what sticks. Yes, there’s a theme this week. The goal of this endeavor, as always, is to pique your interest in these artists so you’ll support the artists and buy their albums.
