’70s drama/suspense score that is most-widely known for the ridiculous closer, the 17+ minute “Symphonie Pour L’Attentat”. A very textural recording, the compositions highlighted what the 1972 political thriller directed by Yves Boisset. But, oh man, that last track. Creepy as hell and constantly pushing forward on that little funky march. If ever you have to take a 20 minute drive across town, listening to “Symphonie…” is gonna make you feel like your’e in the most-mysterious crime drama/thriller ever made. Just don’t forget your driving gloves and hat. All those badass movie drivers from the ’60s and ’70s had black leather driving gloves and hats!
