Sunday Mix Tape Number 202

The only way to follow up a night in which you stumble into bed at 3:30 in the morning is to stumble into bed at 4:30 in the morning. It’s been a long weekend, folks, and all the over-the-counter pseudoephedrine in the world couldn’t keep me from crashing before my work-day ended. I was a busy bee, productive as all hell until about 90 minutes before my shift ended. Then I totally crashed and couldn’t function any more. I was so anxious to get out and go home that I left without my computer.

Good thing Nicci doesn’t mind if I use hers — otherwise you kids wouldn’t have a new Sunday Mix Tape to enjoy!

RULES for uninitiated noobs: I give birth to a weekly Mix Tape to be deposited on your iPods or Zunes or Kingklangs or whatever the industry is currently pushing on you. Sometimes there will be themes that link all the songs together, other times I’ll just throw songs at a wall (not literally) and see what sticks. No theme tonight. You get two Slint tracks and a bunch of other stuff I put on Nicci’s hard drive because I left my laptop at work tonight. The goal of this endeavor, as always, is to pique your interest in these artists so you’ll support the artists and buy their albums.
