Listen To My LOST Online Radio Interview

“I’m not sure I understand your character either, Kate.”

Hi friends, sorry for the late post. I was too busy enjoying life last night to actually sit alone in my bedroom blogging. I’ll write more about it tomorrow, because I need to get a very cool quick hit out of the way first. On Friday afternoon, as I slaved away at my job, I received a phone call from an old childhood friend. His name is David Simon, and he’s the mastermind behind the online radio show/Podcast “No Nutritional Value.” After going without contact for far too long, we’ve written to one another in recent years when something compels us to share our thoughts on LOST. For the third episode of his radio show Dave picked my brain about the Lost: Live event I attended this week as well as some of my thoughts on the upcoming series finale. I spent the entire morning before the interview practicing how to sound like I haven’t already watched “What They Died For.” Don’t worry, I don’t spoil anything in the interview. To access the episode featuring yours truly — entitled “What Evan Did” you can follow that hyperlink, or you can download the podcast directly from iTunes here. It’s all LOST talk, so you won’t get to hear the story about how I ate my landmass when we were in our elementary school’s Gifted and Talented program. Nor will you learn more about the wrestling “league” I was suspended from during that era because I apparently recovered too quickly from the fake body-slams and clotheslines I endured. Maybe next time…

So listen to my first appearance on Dave’s radio show and let me know what you think. Do I sound like a retard? Do I sound like I know what I’m talking about? Do I sound anything like how you envisioned me sounding? Are you impressed that I can be civil and speak about something for 35 minutes without using the words “fuck” or “cunt?” I imagine most of my readers think my demeanor consists of ranting like a psycho at every moment of my day.

Perhaps I’ll rejoin Mr. Simon after the finale for another one of these chats, so you should subscribe to the Podcast in iTunes. Otherwise, I’ll post another one of these quick entries if/when that happens.

Hey, minions…have a good day.
