I’m back in Los Angeles now, sitting on Nicci’s couch, watching her create her own Nintendo Wii character. It’s been a relatively uneventful twenty-four hours since I’ve returned. I woke up and went to work today — apparently my boss found his way onto my Facebook profile, so it’s only a matter of time he stumbles across this here website and loses the last shred of respect for me that was left after viewing all my Facebook photo albums. Expect a notice of unemployment here any day now.
By the way, I received a very handsome $25 donation last week, so maybe on my off day Wednesday I’ll have to get drunk on reader Stephen’s money and write all about it. As I am still getting re-accustomed to this daunting schedule of mine (wake, eat, work, eat, sleep), I haven’t had any time to really scour the online news sources for something entertaining to write about. Also, there is a pretty stiff Wii bowling competition underway so I have to devote at least some attention to the game. I don’t want to embarrass myself and come in last place. Isn’t it refreshing for you to read that your most favorite blogger is more interested in a damn video game than he is entertaining you? What does that say about the state of this page?
