Is Bigfoot An Alien? Do We Care?

There was an interesting program last night on the History Channel (or was it Discovery Channel?) about asteroids, comets and meteors. At one point, a professor from Cardiff University began talking about how a solid object hurtling through space can attract organic matter as it passes through celestial clouds, and the microorganisms that cling to it are deposited on planets as long as the object survives its fall. He theorized that the organic matter could have been brought to Earth during the Cretaceous-Tertiary asteroid that led to mass extinction, and perhaps its microorganisms were the original building blocks of human life on Earth. It sounded interesting until he began talking about even the tiniest meteorites could house these microbes and deliver new species of bacteria or animal species to our planet. Sounds to me like somebody just proved the existence of Bigfoot! Oh, and Bigfoot is actually an alien.

Does = ?

You decide!

Listen folks – you can’t expect me to be brilliant every day. It just doesn’t work like that. I’m sorry. I’m not Stephen Hawking, or Bill Hicks…I’m ME.

In case you missed it last night, I went ahead and recorded last night’s White Hills WFMU session for you to enjoy. Thanks to the fine folks at OpD2d, I was able to store the entire set on my computer as an MP3. I cut out some extraneous talking, amplified the signal and re-encoded it. Now, for your listening pleasure, download White Hills On WFMU. Songs include: Radiate, Love Serve Remember, Under Skin Or By Name, Don’t Be Afraid.
