Last night I helped celebrate Ian’s passing of the bar and 25th birthday at White Horse Tavern. We drank a good deal. It was hard to wake up this morning afternoon. I have no other news with you to share, and if I did, it would probably be something stupid.
Time to recant the “Mix Tape” routine. For you “nubes” out there, here are the rules: I’ve got 100MB of webspace and every week I manifest a new compilation for your iPod’s and your Kingklangs or whatever you kids use to listen to music these days. Sometimes there will be themes that link all the songs together. This week I found a copy of the fourth volume of a series of albums called The Sounds of American Doomsday Cults. It’s pretty freaky, and cuts from the album are featured prominently this week. These songs will be removed if desired by the band or those who represent them. Let me know and I will gladly comply. The goal of this endeavor, as always, is to pique your interest in these artists so you’ll buy their albums.
