It’s halftime of the Giants/Bears game, and Jack and Ken should be arriving shortly for our weekly melding-of-the-minds and cartoon-watching. Apparently Jack has a new idea for a podcast that he wants me to help out with. Details are sketchy, but he’s sure it’s going to be funny. As long as I get my likeness out there in as many mediums as possible, I’ll whore myself to anyone at anytime. This, of course, completely contradicts my new “self importance through excessive modesty” philosophy.
Hey, it’s Sunday again. Time to recant the “Mix Tape” routine. For you “nubes” out there, here are the rules: I’ve got 100MB of webspace and every week I manifest a new compilation for your iPod’s and your Kingklangs or whatever you kids use to listen to music these days. Sometimes there will be themes that link all the songs together. This week I have to admit I wasn’t thinking of any themes. I found a couple of these albums due to their being hyped by the Aquarius Records staff, and the rest I just kind-of filled in as I went along. These songs will be removed if desired by the band or those who represent them. Let me know and I will gladly comply. The goal of this endeavor, as always, is to pique your interest in these artists so you’ll buy their albums.
