I hope you all are having a good Memorial Day weekend. Mine has bee nice, thanks for asking. This weather is unbelievable. Yesterday I just kind of loped around town running errands and then relaxed all evening. Today I met up with two very near and dear friends of mine, Sam and Lindsey. We hung out in the city; they like some of the East Village comic book stores while I prefer the record stores. There was a Chipotle lunch, too. Lots of laughs. They kept geeking out about some comic author who’s going to be in the city in a few weeks. On East 12th and 3rd Ave. we passed a super-sexy Parker Posey, who was out walking her dog on this beautiful afternoon. She was smiling and talking baby-talk at the puppy and I thought, “Won’t you please, Parker, slip and fall into my arms?” She did not.
